Since it's President's Day, I thought I would take a look back at 2012's FDR: American Badass!
Released around the same time as Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, FDR follows in the same, but more comical vein. Bitten by a werewolf, FDR, Barry Bostwick, is stricken with polio. He vows to take down all werewolves, he also happen to be Nazi's, with his souped up, weaponized, wheel chair.
This is a very silly, over the top, comedy. Bostwick, who oddly enough also played George Washington back in the 80's, is more than game for playing FDR.
If you are in the mood for some mindless fun on this President's Day, you should check it out.
It's available on dvd and blu ray and is streaming on Hulu.
