Nancy Allen plays a tabloid reporter who yearns to be a serious journalist. Aided by an aspiring photographer, David Naughton, Allen tries to get the dirt on a sleazy politician, Laurence Luckinbill, by going undercover as a campaign advisor. This film was directed by Paul Bartel, Eating Raoul, and even though it's not as funny as some of his other efforts, it still has some laughs and is worth a look.
