Back in 1981, a little teen sex comedy named Porky's did the unimaginable, it became a bonafide hit. Once considered drive in fair, Porky's success not only spawned a slew of knockoff's, but sequels as well that went straight to the cinemas. Success wouldn't strike a third time however with 1985's Porkey's Revenge!

Pee Wee, Dan Monahan, and the horny gang from Angel Beach High are back, with their nemesis from the first film Porky, Chuck Mitchell, out for revenge. When they find out that Porky is blackmailing their basketball coach to throw a game so he can pay off a gambling debt to Porky, the gang decides to get revenge by taking photos of the illegal gambling happening on Porky's riverboat casino. But Porky has a bigger revenge scheme planned. He is going to force their star player and buddy Meat, Tony Ganios, into a shotgun wedding with his daughter.

I actually like this one the best out of the trilogy. The first two movies tried to throw in some heavy handed statements, which is kind of odd for a t&a movie. I guess the filmmakers were trying to tone down the smut. Porky's Revenge on the other hand, is just a fun little film.

Bob Clark, the writer and director of the first two films was too busy directing Rhinestone at the time and couldn't fit it in his schedule. The studio didn't want to wait for him and brought on tv director James Komack to take the reigns. Clark was less than happy that they went ahead without him. Clark is a fine director. I mean this is the guy who did A Christmas Story as well. But I think his lack of involvement of this one actually helped the series.

Porky's Revenge! is very naughty, but very funny too.

It's available on dvd, but only as a three pack with the other two films.
